Mike,

Here we go again, only not as happy as can be, all good pals, or jolly good company. What we have now is a thing called a tradesperson, a status achieved by anything from a 6 month to an 18 month "apprenticeship". And the bosses are afflicted by the same disease.  Why don't the powers-that-be kick some arses and get the finger out (not simultaneously, of course)?
