G'day Mike,

I’ve been going to tell you about this for a long time, but never got around to it!

When you send URLs to anyone, the link in some cases carries more information than you think. Stuff like the fact that it come from a source that you subscribe to. And sometimes, who sent it. Ie They are subscribers to the source of that link.

Cutting off everything after the question mark removes all of that data.

I’m just passing this link of yours to the ‘aircraft’ people and you’ll see that I have cut off all after the ?
