[BITList] Investigation Fails to Pinpoint Cause of Sewol Ferry Sinking – gCaptain

After the sinking, it was reported that ship had been slightly altered and she was overloaded.  Now the Enquiry is not so sure !  I think she was top heavy as a result of both aforementioned conditions !
