Mike,

Engine trouble - nowadays, in life afloat if it's not that it's a fire. Why don't they fix the bloody thing(s)?  HMS Ocean came out of Kvaerner Govan in Glasgow, and I remember her well. I did half the engine room pipe arrangement, and redesigned other areas that had, supposedly, been done by "consultants", but the engines were bought in - I can't recall the type.
