And a  grab for power it is.  Also a good way to put cash in the pockets of 
the shadowy people who pull the strings and work the puppets presently 
proposing all this.  And who are they? we ask. There is no reply.

Also, what is British Law? There is, and always has been, Scottish Law and 
English Law - no idea about Welsh and Irish Law.
