Explosives Truck Incident – The other speaker that I really enjoyed listening to yesterday was from the Queensland Explosives Inspectorate, he was the lead investigator on the explosive transport truck explosion and gave an insight into the investigation and the actions being rolled out in Queensland and beyond to prevent a reoccurrence. Did you know ?  When the Queensland Mines Inspectorate complete an incident investigation on a serious event they use ICAM
 
Photo Share – Explosives Transport Truck explosion – this fire truck was only around 50 metres from the explosions – it is truly amazing that there were no fatalities
