I've two instances of the dog's problem.  We were passengers in a car driven by my Chilean cousin's husband, Daniel. My wife was giving him directions from the back seat. Getting near our destination she told him, "Go left, Daniel, right?" And lady tram conductors in Glasgow are reputed to urge dilatory passengers,"Come on, get off."
