God, Mike, that takes me back to the 50s. I played a couple of versions from YouTube this afternoon, including the one you sent, and the George Lewis original, and searched through my EPs and 12" LPs. No sign of the original, so it must be on 78 up in the loft, or on one of the many many big LPs. I don't know which search is harder.
