[BITList] U.S. Navy Commander Orders Stand Down of LCS Engineering Crews

Mike,

I wonder what kind of training the US Navy engineering staff get before they are let loose on ships. I did 7 years, which entitled me to start at the bottom.  Once there, I didn't ever take a holistic look at an engineering programme.
