The last one on right, lower row is a "Pingat Jasa Malaysia” - The Malaysian Service Medal.

Given by Malaysia to those who served during “Konfrontasi” [Confrontation with Indonesia, early 1960s]

His cap badge is not the UK MN. 

Possibly Polish?
