With America’s madcap election year getting into gear, few issues remain as divisive across the pond as gun control. This Frontline documentary investigates the National Rifle Association, whose influence continues to grow despite the tens of thousands of gun-related deaths in the USA each year. As one arm-bearing advocate puts it, “it’s not about guns, it’s about freedom.”

 	
This should be a very interesting programme, if you can get it, Sky, Virgin and Freesat, in the UK
