[BITList] The passing of the Chief of Army Staff of the Royal Nepalese Army

G'day folks,
 
Gadul Shamsher Rana was Head Prefect at Victoria School, Kurseong in 1953.

I thought him a very capable young man and I remember his smile. He was full of fun.

He served with distinction with the Nepalese Army and became its head in 1991, he served in that position for 4 years.. He served for some time with the UN.

Here he is at VS in 1953 on the right, with Mike Kelly on the left.
