[BITList] A very Happy Birthday to one on this List

G'day folks,
 

You can all wish Mike a Happy Birthday.

He has been back in the UK for a week now - after his short trip to the Antipodes.

Just in case he has forgotten what this place looks like here is a recent photo of Mike overlooking the Kissing Point, Rock Pool, with the Port of Townsville in the distance..





Mike at the place of the ‘old fort battery; where 3 old muzzle loaders were used to protect the approaches to the Port, in the old days.




Mike at a Vietnamese tucker shop. He wasn’t too keen on what he got. Two of my Granddaughters. One training for a life in Business the other one has just completed her ‘boot camp’ with the Army. She joined to pay off her car.
