During one of my spells with Scotts of Greenock we were forbidden by DO management to receive calls on the office phone, especially during working hours.  We obeyed it rigorously, defining all phones as an office phone.  The stupid rule was  abandoned after a deluge of complaints from staff in other departments who wondered loudly why the &*%£ it was hard to get anyone up there to answer a @%£$%$%£ phone. They had to come up to the office to complain.

So with stupid rules about words.  Anyone in Florida with even a modicum of commonsense should have had fun with it.
