In an act to reinforce the lost sense of civilization, the Islamic militant group ISIS has banned pigeon breeding in the group’s Euphrates province, which stretches from Anbar in Iraq to Dier ez Zour in Syria.

In an official document that was released by senior administrators of the group, it was stated that, ‘All those who keep pigeons above the roofs of their houses must stop doing this entirely within a week of the date of the issuing of this statement.’ It was also stated that, ‘Whosoever violates it will be subject to consequences of reprimand including a financial fine, imprisonment and flogging.’

Claiming that seeing the genitals of birds as they fly overhead is offensive to Islam, they have decreed breeding pigeons as a punishable offence. The senior clerics of the group said that the time wasted on pigeon breeding, which is a favourite practice in the Middle East, should be used to pray to Allah.

Flaunting balls out in the open, how dare they!

This is not the first time ISIS had issues with pigeon’s balls. Earlier this year, at least 3 boys were executed by them for the offence of pigeon breeding.
