[BITList] The late Acker Bilk

Mike,

I once got a drum roll from Acker Bilk's drummer. It was at a venue in Glasgow, and I'd gone up the steep stairs on some errand. On the way up I took care not to make a noise, but on the way back I stumbled.  Quick as a flash the music paused and the drummer let rip. I also got a round of applause.
