[BITList] Phishing for mugs

G’day  folks,

Don’t be a mug.

Apparently, Queensland is one of the top places for catching Mugs!

Here is an example that is so naïve as to be laughable.

I seem to be getting one every day lately.

This is what I see as an email.

Giveaways: 

1. Spaces between each of the letters A N Z - ANZ is how it is normally written - no spaces!
2. Total simplicity in the content.
3. No Logo
4. Here is the ANZ Logo.


The email is below. 

In this email the email is dead. You are looking at an image. Nothing can you hurt you.







This supposedly is where it came from - in other words age sender.




Looking inside the email and doing a search for the ‘@‘ character reveals another email address. Real ? Who knows.



I looked inside for the word “Click”.

Read what is between the words ‘Please’ and 'Click'

This is possibly where the result of the reader "clicking here” ends up. 

“ru” are the international Internet identification letters for the country Russia. 

Nuff said?

DO NOT click on anything in an Email, that comes from an unknown source.
