In a rush, as per most mornings - I'll watch/listen this afternoon. I did see Der Fuhrer being applauded in.

Prescriptions ..... In Scotland, the NHS, like the weather and the legal system, is is entirely separate from UK control.  Medical treatment, including prescriptions, is free. Eye tests are free, but glasses are not universally free.

And Scotland is essentially UKIP free.
