[BITList] Vote Counting only in Siliguri, not Darjeeling, says DM

EVM = Electronic Voting Machine.

It seems that they have individual voting ,aching and that they want to transport the EVMs down to Siliguri, on the plains, for the counting to to be done.

One wonders why the machines are not connected to Siliguri be electrons means?

Meanwhile Australians still use a pencil, on voting papers that are a metre long!
