[BITList] A Cruise on the R.Mersey at the BI Reunion in Liverpool in October

I have had a request about a Cruise on the Mersey during the Reunion.  Unfortunately to hire a Mersey Ferry, the cost would have been prohibitive.  

Earlier I contemplated a Cruise on the DANIEL ADAMSON but their application for a Grant by the Heritage Lottery Fund was turned down, due to the £50 Million that went to the CUTTY SARK !  So it won’t be seaworthy for a while yet.

However there is nothing stopping people going on an hours trip on a Mersey Ferry from the Landing Stage in Liverpool on Saturday.  There is a Bar on board !
