Indian Summers: exclusive first look at the new Channel 4 period drama

Julie Walters will star in Indian Summers, an ambitious new
Channel 4 period drama set around the fight for an independent
India. The epic 10-part series, set in 1932, tells the story of the
decline of the British Empire and the birth of modern India.

The 10-part series, set in 1932, also features Henry Lloyd-Hughes
(The Inbetweeners, Madame Bovary), Jemima West (The Borgias),
Nikesh Patel (Honour) and Roshan Seth (A Passage to India). It's
due to air in early 2015.
