I WAS IN BOMBAY STUDYING FOR 1ST MATES IN 59 AND KNEW HIM THEN , ALSO WHEN ON STAFF AWAITING TO JOIN A SHIP 60/61 AND PLACED ON DUMRA , KNEW HIM AGAIN . WE TRAVELLED BACK TO UK ON ORONSAY WITH MIKE .
 
I SAW HIM AGAIN WHEN WORKING IN SPORE , HE WAS 2/E , DID NOT MEET HIM AGAIN .
 
ANOTHER CHARACTER WHO SPENT ALL HIS TIME ON THE DS WAS TERRY ROUNDTREE FROM BERWICK ON TWEED , DID YOU EVER KNOW HIM ?

Yes, I knew him very well – I was on watch with him – and when 
I became 4EO I got his cabin. 
  
he was very chubby and got chubbier. 
  
he is/was a geordie and was very proud of the fact that his 
name was not jenkins but Jenkings!
