As I was coming home I heard on Radio4, the One O'clock News, when talking about the number of people climbing Mt. Everest, the word "Summitted" referring to the number of people who climbed upto the Summit. Fortunately it wasn't the BBC news reporter who came out with this word ! But he was an English speaker !
