 Like all of us have been in some tricky situations at times as watchkeepers 
on the brige.have but never witnessed such apparent incompetence., what with 
all their gizmos, that we never had available in our day,would suggest a 
complete F/UP by an incompetent Captain. Are they just born to be Captains
