In a rush to eat then get a bus, so a brief initial comment. North Sea oil is in Scottish waters?  To quote the immortal Adrian Mole, any ful kno that. Vince Cable, he who is called the Business Secretary (just for the sake of argument, mind you) cannot obfuscate the matter away by bringing in supposed claims by Shetlanders (and what about Orkney?) gey few of whom actually give it a thought.
