[BITList] Is the RAF running out of aircraft?

G'day folks,

One of my correspondents has used a bit of lateral thinking and come up with a great solution to the "Frozen Pensions" problem,

Here is what he had to say in regard to the latest report from the UK that the RAF Search and Rescue Service is being put out to contract. 

"Better still contract out the government & the country might prosper."
