[BITList] Too many recipients to the message

G'day folks,

There has been an increase in members of this list who post a msg to this List and at the same time, send the msg to too many other people [not on the List].

Companies who run Lists are under pressure to reduce spam and virus attacks. One way to do this is to stop people from sending the same msg to a lot of people.

The result is that those msgs are not being passed on to the List. 

When it happens the owner of the List is sent a msg informing the List Owner that a msg has not been past through the List.
