[BITList] When is jam not jam?

The Jam and Similar Products (England) Regulations 2003 thing is a new one on me. I had no idea the recipe for jam was a devolved matter.  But if it lets us north of the border sleep at night, free of worries about sugar content, I'm all for it.

Really, it's all a waste of time - if it shakes, it ain't jam - according to the old hymn .... "It must be jelly cos jam don't shake like that".
