Had my first laptop to repair today with windows 8 as the operating 
system, what a nightmare think the interface must have been dreamed up 
by the same people who came up with the QWERTY keyboard and for the same 
reason, even after one works out how to do things it takes longer to do 
than in 7 I can understand why Microsoft is losing market share, its 
like Office I have reinstalled the 2003 version as its so much faster 
and user friendly than 2012
