Mike,

I know it's old-fashioned, but shooting a couple of directors might 
concentrate the minds of others.You may recall the vessel that grounded in 
the Clyde a few months back - the C/O was alleged to have been in the toilet 
feeling under the weather instead of on the bridge.  It emerged that he was 
asleep, not in the bog, and he had purchased his ticket, though whether on 
Ebay or elsewhere the report didn't say.
