I see that this a joke. However I would have answered the question is "If
the European countries governments would come out of these countries that
have food shortage and let them sort out their own problems by natural
selection and evolution and giving up all their ancient practices.

That is we did. That is why we were the dominant race. Until our governments
started to cock things up.

Last month a worldwide survey was conducted by the UN. The only question
asked was.


"Could you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food
shortage in the rest of the world ?" 


The survey was a massive failure because of the following:

In the Indian subcontinent they didn't know what  "Honest" meant. 

In Western Europe they didn't know what  "Shortage" meant. 

In Africa they didn't know what  "Food" meant. 

In China they didn't know what  "Opinion" meant.

In the Middle East they didn't know what  "Solution" meant. 

In South America they didn't know what  "Please" meant. 

In the USA they didn't know what  "The Rest Of The World" meant.
