Not before time, the article does not mention ships loading similar cargoes in Indonesian ports for China.  In 1996 I was on a ship in Georgia and was supposed to load Zinc Concentrates, the cargo was cancelled due to the high moisture content caused by Rain for a week on the piles of Ore on the Jetty.
