While I believe telepathic communication can sometimes happen over short distances between people - eg, a tune comes into your mind and someone starts to whistle it - it isn't possible between people and computer images.

None of the 5 cards left after your card is "removed" are in the first group, hence it follows as the night the day that, no matter which one you pick, it isn't there.
