[BITList] Straying

I recall that this list was started by John Latham for BI folks who objected to the way the other list was going and the attitude of the administrator.

Slowly but surely this list has moved away from maritime matters, jocularity, music, etc. and matters of general interest, to politics, religion and the dissemination of propaganda.

There are thousands of other web sites devoted to the latter three topics that I could peruse if I was particularly interested, but I am not.

Accordingly, I am thinking seriously of moving on because BITlist is straying too far from the original.

Life's too short for the agro.
