[BITList] flight radar

this program is quite absorbing, nay, amazing; does anyone know how they do the cockpit views-it seems accurate from my observations.
I see it also tracks helicopters, even the blades turn in the graphic.
I didn’t realise that to fly non-stop from doha to seattle the aircraft heads north over the middle east and europe to almost the north pole then coasts down south towards seattle, I think its about 19 hours non-stop!
