Colin,

The West of Scotland is awash with places that sell chips with and without 
sauce, and "curry" sauce is one option. Almost all consumed by the 
undiscerning young.  However, there are shops which would show you the door 
if you asked for sauce.  Where are the sauces made?  I haven't a clue. In 
the above, I except such as HP Sauce.
