A late response to the above.  A fair number of these "owners" are foreign 
speculators or nouveax riche people needing something that looks the part. 
It comes as a shock to some of them that they can't keep us off it. More 
than one has been reminded of that in court. Donald MyGrannyWasScottish 
Trump was one of them.
