The UK took the easy way out though and shipped their poor and broke 
overseas to starve and die in the colony's which was fine until the 
colony's indigenous populace thought to make the UK their home address 
along with 1/2 of Europe's dead beats. Pity there are no lands left 
where we could empty are modern day prisons, maybe we could take a leaf 
out of the U K's book resettle our unwanted down in the Heard and 
McDonald islands  think the numbers wanting to be here would drop rather 
drastically then
