old old story it all comes down to the bean counters, one cant help but 
notice that the stock exchange had no problems, it was a much
better world when engineers ran things, I hated working on American rigs 
once the bean counters took over, it was all about bonuses not parts and 
tools, but penny pinching even though they were on the highest day rates 
ever
