[BITList] Bathtub Test

Frank,

An engineer, or an electrician, would work to the instructions, ie, use one of the following - a teaspoon, a cup or a bucket - to empty a bathtub, all the while wondering why the plug is not on the list.  Information missing includes - where to put the water? why no cloth or sponge to use on the residue?  The spoon, the cup and the bucket are perfectly valid, if inefficient, things to use for such a task.
