  Seadrill West Triton Jack up........
   The rig crew forgot to put the BOP crane on while they worked on the
18 3/4" 15000 psi BOP. The BOP was just sitting on the wellhead and then
gravity took over. The flow nipple stopped the BOP from going into the sea
