Mike,

I prefer black pudding unadorned, fried till it's crisp round the edges. 
Janet won't look at it, let alone eat it. My mother used to make tripe with 
milk, potatoes and onions, and the tripe cut up in small pieces - we looked 
forward to it.  I had a go at making it once, with dismal success.
