[BITList] contraception by aspirin

Colin,

I am reminded of a conversation about contraception, in A Green Tree in Gedde, a novel written by my friend, Alan Sharp. This method involved holding an orange under each arm during coitus, making sure the pips don't come out.  "Does it work?" the speaker was asked.  "Look at Ireland," was the reply.  The mind boggles about the fate of the aspirin.
