This is one of a series of satirical sketches from a BBC TV show. Men and women are lampooned in them, indeed, the men are the subject of the satire in this one.  They are based on the old wartime public information films with Mr Cholmondley-Walters and a chum.  One I like shows the present day Arsenal playing the old Arsenal in black and white.
