·69 children were left behind, by the end of the week, 31 still had not 
found

their parents. And all parents/adults had gone home to JHB.

·9 bodies washed up in the week after New Year. None were ever reported

missing, and none have yet been identified.

·The beach was so full of defecation... that they had to plough it in to the

beach rather than pick it all up.
