      Police are investigating a triple shooting in eastern New Orleans killed two people and wounded a 7-year-old child. The shooting occurred in the 7400 block of Woodbine Drive shortly before 8 p.m. 


      Police identified the two killed as a man and a woman. The child was shot in the back and remains in unknown condition. Police did not immediately say whether the three were related.

      Additional details, including possible suspects or motive, were not immediately available.
