  The US has borrowed, over spent and borrowed again from China – is it sensible for the US Senate to consider FORCING the US paymaster to do anything – let alone let their currency rise?
  [and it’s obviously cheaper than invasion {Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan} ] 
  It’s rather like spending to the limit of your credit card and then [trying to] FORCE the bank to reduce your interest rate because you have over spent...................
  yeah, that should work!

    (Reuters) - The Obama administration has begun discussions with the Senate about whether a bill aimed at forcing China to let its currency rise is "the right approach" to the long-running currency issue, a top U.S. official said on Tuesday.
