[BITList] Set-Top Box installation instructions

I bought a set top box from Dick Smith, for under $40, compared with Julia's
$500. I took it back, couldn't figure it out.

I have a perfectly good fish tank, watching the fish is very relaxing, there
are no advertisements, and I think that will see me through my dotage.
