Not only pensions..
I noticed 2 years ago while in London that many Roma gypsies were offering 'Big Issue' for sale..
It puzzled me until I read in The Daily Mail earlier this year that Roma's and other Eastern Europeans could not claim benefits in England.....
Unless they were employed or self employed...
Sitting around holding out copies of The Big Issue qualified them as 'self employed'...And as they made no [or very little] income from their 'occupation' the fact meant that they could now go cap in hand to our benevolent councils and local government......

And I wonder why I can now only get 47 baht for my english pound..2 years ago the sum was nearer 70
