    dear reader.
    before visiting our fair city you may be interested in the following comments from one of it’s citizens; it concerns the boys in blue [those who protectors and serve us], the New Orleans Police Department.

    NOPD officers are the worse kind of thug, they were not only out there threatening innocent people they were the main one's out there looting, or do you need to be reminded about the officers in Walmart with carts full of electronics', gadgets, phone's etc. and got caught on the national news stations talking about (I’m just trying to get items for survival, the cam's panned to the cart full of non-survival items and the officer walks off after being question talking about no more questions)

    Next case several officers found to have not only looted very expensive items but had them all stashed in a luxury hotel, i haven't even heard anymore about that since it happened, it somehow just evaporated.

    Next case, Several NOPD secretary and officers were involved in a drug cartel for lord knows how long and it took Katrina having to scare away a few corrupted Officers bringing in some honest one's that would actually snitch on the corrupted one's because they didn't know not to be "hush" with what they saw going on..

    There were also a lot of retaliation from people coming forth with information regarding crooked officers, a lot of them went and hassled a bunch of musicians for absolutely no reason, they tried to do some damage to the whole Mardi Gras Indian ritual, they have a few times tried to change or completely stop second-lining in various parts of the city that has always had it going on. 
    The NOPD had been running like the Mafia for a long time and a lot of the poorer residents get punished if they don't remain quiet on what they see that the officers are doing wrong, the NOPD run's their own "No Snitching" program, in return you get the revolving door, promised lost documents and less witnesses for quick closed cases.

    The Feds should have been running the city for a while until NOPD is completely erased and redrawn, the whole department is rotten to the core and if you think the core was getting rid of Riley your dearly mistaken that department corruption has been established way before Riley or any other Chief or established to take the fall, the whole place need to be wiped and start over with clean recruits that are from the city and a no-BS chief that has absolutely no ties to the city and will do anything and everything to make sure his job is done not half-assed but entirely and that he keeps his iron fist down on the city. BTW. R.I.P Harry Lee.
